1. Who we are
ISP Atlas is a trade name of matan works, registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of ISP Atlas: the dashboard at app.ispatlas.com and the ISP Atlas connector for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
2. The service
ISP Atlas helps you find last mile providers of business internet in a location, with public tariffs and key terms where these are known. Provider information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Availability is shown per country or city and is not verified per address. Tariffs marked Indicative or Quote required must be confirmed with the provider. ISP Atlas is a research tool; it does not make offers on behalf of providers.
3. Your account
ISP Atlas is intended for business users. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password and your personal connector link private. Anyone with your connector link can use your credits. You can replace the link in the dashboard at any time.
4. Plans, credits and payment
Plans: Free (5 credits, EUR 0 per month), Starter (100 credits, EUR 19 per month), Pro (500 credits, EUR 49 per month), Max (1,000 credits, EUR 99 per month). A question in an AI assistant uses 1 credit; each location in a list uses 0.1 credit. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the dashboard under Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is then not renewed. We do not refund partial months, unless the law requires it. You can delete your account in the dashboard; an active subscription then ends immediately.
6. Fair use
Do not resell access, share your connector link outside your organisation, overload the service, or use it to break any law or the terms of the websites it reads. Page reads and web searches have a daily limit per plan. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Liability
We provide ISP Atlas as is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on its results, or for indirect damage such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or our prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, by email or in the dashboard. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you another choice.
